Cactus Flowers

Each page is 8.5x11inches and is ready for placement for the final firing. Should be fired between 017-012.

It comes with a yellow emulsion "background" that burns off during the firing process so don't worry about the "background" looking weird with the design.

Also, use the waterside technique to apply the transfer to the ceramic piece.

Application process:
Step 1: fill a bowl with water
Step 2: cut out decal you want to use from page
Step 3: submerge the cut out decal into the bowl of water. Wait about 20 seconds.
Step 4: Slide the decal from the paper. Try not to get any water on the glaze design as it will wash away.
Step 5: place the decal onto the ceramic piece. Lightly smooth out any wrinkles and/or air bubbles.
Step 6: Let it dry.

Firing process:
Fire between cone 017 and cone 012.

REMEMBER this decal/transfer is an OVERGLAZE so it goes on top of the already glazed piece. This firing should be the last firing of the piece.
